The pancake shop is open midday and evening. You will be able to taste there crepes decorated buckwheat or wheat of local products (of the Tarn) like the roquefort or the roll of countryside. Without forgetting traditional (Breton) the complete pancakes (ham, egg, cheese) and the succulent pancake serves with the chocolate paste taste hazel nut of which I will conceal the mark here...
